Introducing our newest shopping experience – our quarterly auction! Pieces from our inventory are selected quarterly to be sold at auction through our website. This allows our clients to purchase brand new, fine quality pieces at an unsurpassed value. Clients may preview auction items by stopping into the store during normal business hours before or during the event.
The item will have a bidding start price and minimum bid increments are determined by the starting bid value. The winner of the auction will pay through the auction website and comply with the necessary terms of the payment provider. The piece can be picked up in the store starting the week after the auction ends. Pennsylvania residents must pay Pennsylvania sales tax on their purchase in addition to the auction final price. No shipping fee applies if the auction item is picked up in person at our store. Shipping fees may be adjusted according to insurance needs, recipient's address, or time frame of shipment. Currently, we will ONLY ship any auction item within the 48 contiguous United States.
Alterations such as finger size, chain length, watchband size, etc, to the auction item are not included in the auction price. If you purchase a mounting through the auction, when you purchase a Farnan Jewelers diamond or colored gemstone for that mounting, the labor charge to set the gemstone will be free. If you have a gemstone of your own, a setting fee applies. If the prongs of the mounting must be changed to fit whatever gemstone you choose, new prongs will be an added or adjusted for a fee.
Occasionally, we will run an auction to benefit a local charity. The terms of the event will be determined and explained at the time of the event.
